From the Founder

I founded ABOUND through a combination of professional expertise and lived experience. After navigating the realities of high-performance workplace environments while unknowingly managing neurodivergence, I became deeply aware of how leadership, workplace culture, communication, and organizational systems impact people’s ability to succeed and perform at work.
 

ABOUND was built on the belief that organizations perform best when people are supported, engaged, and empowered to work in ways that align with how they think, communicate, and contribute most effectively.

Drawing on my background in business psychology, employment relations, leadership development, coaching, accessibility, and workplace strategy, I partner with organizations to build stronger leaders, healthier workplace cultures, and accessible, psychologically safe environments where people and performance thrive together.
