About ABOUND Coaching
Laura Fair has undergone formal training in Coaching Psychology at Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh, United Kingdom, as part of her Master's program. Fueled by her passion for Neurodiversity, Laura continued her coaching training with Gold Mind Academy in the UK to become a globally accredited ADHD-Specialist Coach. It's worth noting that all of Laura's coaching training is accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

Coaching Psychology is a field of psychology that uses evidence-based practices to help clients achieve their goals, improve their performance and enhance their well-being. It focuses on increasing self-awareness, self-regulation, and self-efficacy to facilitate behavioral change and personal growth.

Laura enjoys working with neurodivergent clients and different thinkers. While the goal of coaching remains the same, Laura understands the importance of adapting her approach to best meet the needs of her clients.
