Coaching for Neurodiversity

Our coaching takes into account the unique challenges and strengths of neurodivergent individuals. ABOUND's approach involves understanding and accommodating differences, finding creative solutions that work for individuals, and focusing on their strengths rather than changing or 'fixing' our clients.

Coaching for neurodiversity may also involve education and awareness raising for colleagues and managers so that they can better understand and interact with neurodivergent individuals in the workplace. The goal of our coaching for neurodiversity is to create an inclusive workplace where individuals can thrive and contribute their unique perspectives and talents.
