Meet Laura Fair

Laura Fair is the Founder of ABOUND Consulting, a leadership and workplace strategy consultancy focused on helping organizations strengthen leadership, improve workplace culture, and build accessible, psychologically safe, and high-performing environments where people and performance thrive together.

Laura’s work is grounded in a deep interest in people, workplace systems, leadership, and organizational performance. With experience spanning recruiting, training, coaching, and HR consulting across diverse industries, she brings practical insight into how workplace culture, communication, leadership practices, and organizational systems impact employee engagement and performance.

What distinguishes Laura’s approach is the combination of professional expertise and lived experience. As a neurodivergent professional, she understands firsthand the importance of accessible, psychologically safe, and human-centered workplaces. This perspective continues to shape her work in leadership development, workplace accessibility, neuroinclusion, employee engagement, and coaching.

In addition to consulting and training, Laura is a globally accredited ADHD Specialist Coach and supports leaders, professionals, and individuals in strengthening self-awareness, performance, communication, and sustainable success at work.

Laura holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Employment Relations from Acadia University and a Master of Science in Business Psychology and Coaching Psychology from Heriot-Watt University in the United Kingdom. She also completed advanced ADHD coaching certification through Gold Mind Academy in the UK. Her degrees and coaching certifications are accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
