Laura Fair is the Founder of ABOUND Consulting and a globally accredited ADHD Specialist Coach. Her fascination with people, processes, and performance is what initially drew her to the fields of business psychology, HR, and coaching—and it remains the driving force behind her work today.

With a deep background spanning recruiting, training, and HR consulting across diverse industries, Laura brings rare, practical insight into how organizations truly function.

What sets Laura apart is her commitment, which is rooted in her own lived experience as a neurodivergent individual. This personal perspective fuels her passion for neurodiversity and mental health, guiding both her research and her practice. Beyond her consulting work, she is dedicated to coaching athletes with diverse abilities, further underscoring her belief in harnessing varied strengths for peak performance.

Laura holds a BBA in Employment Relations from Acadia University and an MSc in Business Psychology & Coaching Psychology from Heriot-Watt University in the UK. She also completed advanced ADHD coaching certification through Gold Mind Academy in the UK. Both her degrees and her coaching certifications are accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

Ultimately, Laura helps organizations move beyond compliance to create  inclusive workplaces.
